Heritage is important for a country, ensuring that good old things keep their place in our ever faster changing world. To this end, Flanders created a new kind of subsidy system to ensure that perhaps you too can puzzle out a piece of heritage just as we did in this video, virtually, of course, with clippings, very abstract and for much less money.
